Hi all, please see the below information regarding the BOBO show.
This is a ticket only event, entry to the event is not possible without a ticket. PERFORMERS DO NOT REQUIRE A TICKET. Click Here For Tickets
When - 05/07/25 doors are open at 1:30, first act starts at 2:00
Where - Old Yardleians RFC, Tilehouse Lane, Shirley, Solihull B90 1PW
Travel - There is plenty of parking available, plus the venue is only a minute or two walk from Whitlocks End train station https://www.westmidlandsrailway.co.uk/stations/whitlocks-end. The venue is also very accessible via taxi etc.

IF YOU ARE IN THE "MAIN SET" (SET 1 and/or 2) YOU WILL NEED TO LEARN THE RUNNING ORDER OF THE MAIN BOBO SET. REFERRED TO AS SET 1 AND SET 2 - TRIBUTE SET. FOLLOW THIS LINK TRIBUTE SET/MAIN SET - RUNNING ORDER TO FIND THE SPREADSHEET WITH EXACT RUNNING ORDER AND WHO IS PLAYING WHAT. IF YOU ARE A GUITARIST LEARN YOUR COLOUR. You will be sent a ticket to each rehearsal you are involved in. This ensures everyone gets the same correct up to date and ever evolving information on the rehearsals....and so that no single person either forgets, or turns up to the wrong place!
Bouncy Castles at the show - In the interest of safety we are seeking volunteers to keep an eye on the bouncy castle for a brief shift. Please let me know if you're willing to help out. We'll arrange a meal voucher for those that can lend a hand.
Other.
BOBOMAG - Our annual BOBO magazine will be available in physical copies from the merch stand for a small charge, digital copies will be available free from www.bobomag.co.uk
GAZEBOS - You are welcome to bring a gazebo to the event but you will need a 3x3 Gazebo Pitch Ticket. These can be purchased using the same ticket link as your usual tickets. linktr.ee/thebobosocial
DISCLAIMER: Gazebos can only be pitched in our pre assigned 3x3 areas.
Quickfire FAQ's
Do not bring your own alcohol onto site (this will be confiscated and you may be asked to leave)
No BBQ's or fires
Well behaved dogs welcome, keep them on a lead at all times and pick up after them
This event is outdoors, prepare for weather accordingly
Act in a safe & responsible manner and look after those around you
Use the bins provided and help us to keep the site tidy
If you see anything suspicious please report it to security, venue staff or show staff

ALSO we have merch for sale at the show but no one to run the stall. We are looking for people to help us between 4 and 6 pm to simply sell merch for us. Beer and food tokens for those who volunteer! (and free merch probably! ask Tom)
